On the Sanur Bypass is a relatively unknown gem of a Warung (local restaurant). Run by the Hare Krishna foundation of Bali, Hare Krishna Vegetarian Warung offers up an irresistible vegetarian Nasi Campur that is equally enak for both the tourist and local palate. The atmosphere of the place is charming & simple. Food is cheap and supports the Balinese Hare Krisna Non Profit Organization. Hare Krishna malas, cassettes and books are also available for sale here and additional donations for "spiritual events" can be left in the donation box.
